3. Registration and Account Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

5. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Our IP: We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all underlying software, technology, AI models, algorithms, and our trademarks, logos, and other brand features (“Our Intellectual Property”).
b. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text, prompts, and data you input into the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from Your Content to operate, improve, and train our AI models and provide the Service to you.
c. AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the text output generated for you by the Service (“Output”). However, due to the nature of machine learning, similar Output may be generated for other users. You may not use Output to train a competing AI model.

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
a. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
b. Generate content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
c. Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
d. Generate content for malicious or fraudulent purposes, including generating malware, spam, or misrepresenting the Output as human-generated without disclosure.
e. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
f. Use the Service for any application that could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage (e.g., critical medical diagnostics, flight control systems).

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL [YOUR COMPANY NAME], ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Capital Acquisition and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in United States, rather than in court.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
